    An accessible way to get started

    Relief for a stiff neck and shoulders

    I wanted relaxation and help with my stiff neck and shoulders, a problem that has nagged me for years. I have received multiple massages over the years and they always eased the problem, but it has never gone away. After my first session I noticed my neck pain was gone, not eased but gone!
