Customers may request a return for a refund or exchange during this 90-day period by contacting our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 90 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions: - You must obtain a valid confirmation from QuantumRife prior to returning your product. - Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 95 days after the original delivery date. The product must be returned in its original condition and include all accessories, components, cables, and packaging materials. - The product may be used during the 90-day trial period for normal personal use but must not be physically damaged, modified, or subjected to misuse. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please ship your return only to the address provided at the time your refund confirmation is issued. Do not send your return to the original shipping address, as this may delay processing or prevent recovery of your product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. QuantumRife cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note: - Original shipping fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable. - Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges collected by third parties (such as shipping carriers or government agencies) are not refundable by QuantumRife, as these are not collected or processed by us. - Approved refunds will include any taxes collected directly by QuantumRife at the time of purchase.

Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to product quality and customer experience only. We do not guarantee specific health or wellness outcomes from the use of our products.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company refunds may take additional time to appear. - Contact your bank processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.
Unauthorized Returns
Any product returned without contacting us will be considered an unauthorized return. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders begin processing immediately after submission. Cancellation requests may be submitted by contacting our support team as soon as possible. However, once inventory has been allocated or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, we may request that the shipping carrier return the package to us (Return to Sender). Any fees charged to QuantumRife by the carrier for this service will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the order cannot be intercepted in transit, you may return the product in accordance with this return policy once it has been delivered.
