Products shipped from QuantumRife are intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options: - Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 5–9 business days. We use the following carriers depending on the customer's address: DHL, UPS, USPS, Sendle. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and the courier.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within canada, USA and Australia. Orders made outside those location will be subject to shipping fees calculated on product weight and location.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to all major countries. We send our packages with DDP and will pre-pay the duties estimated for sending to your location if the package is crossing a border. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by their country beyond the pre-paid duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery progress through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following locations: Ukraine, Israel, India.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us at support@quantumrife.store within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is shipped. Once the order is in transit, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.
